After speaking with you, we’ll begin an exhaustive search through our database and contact the apartment managers with whom we have developed relationships for many years. We then develop a list of apartments uniquely tailored to your needs.
How Can You Provide Professional, Personal Service For Free?
We can provide you with the service you deserve—as well as offer a Rebate or Free Move—because we are paid a commission by the apartment properties. We pay the movers or your Rebate from our commission. It’s a small token of our appreciation for your business.
How Do I Get The Free Move?

To set up your Free Move, contact us immediately—as soon as you sign your lease. The easiest way is to fill out our handy online form. After we've confirmed your new lease, we'll contact you to schedule your Free Move typically within 48 hours.
Will A Free Move Or Rebate Affect Any Move-In Specials?
Absolutely not. A Free Move should not disqualify you from any specials offered by the property.
Will You Move Me Within The Same Property?
Unfortunately, moving within the same property doesn't require help from The Apartment Firm.
Is Your Professional Apartment Firm Service Totally Free?
Yes! We’re paid by the apartment management companies, so you don’t have to pay us a dime. There are no hidden costs whatsoever to you.
Will Using Your Service Affect My Rent?
No. The properties we work with trust us to find quality tenants, like you, for them. They are glad that you found them through our free service. They happily reimburse our company for matching quality tenants with their available rentals.
I'm Ready to Claim my Rental Reward or Free Move. What Is the Process?
To request your rebate/free move, just complete the Rebate Form/Free Move Form and submit. After receiving your form, we will verify that you've completed the process to receive your Free Rebate/Free Move.
When Should I Expect My Rebate Check?
Most Rebate checks are mailed within 30-60 days following your move-in. Some communities take longer to compensate The Apartment Firm and this may affect the length of time for you to receive your rebate.
