The Apartment Firm is a full-service free apartment locating agency owned and operated by Texas licensed real estate agents. The Apartment Firm reserves the right to modify all rebates, qualifications, policies, disclaimers, etc., at any time without notice. The Apartment Firm also reserves the right to use any written or verbal comments or feedback for marketing or promotional purposes.

Qualifications

Rental Rewards, including Rebates and Free Moves, will only be honored if all of the following terms and disclaimers are met. All applicants over the age of 18 are required to list The Apartment Firm on the guest card(s), application(s), and lease agreement(s). To qualify the lease agreement must be twelve-months or longer. If the renter has lived in the same complex before, the renter cannot qualify for the rental reward. If the renter is transferring or moving to a related property, the renter cannot qualify for the rental reward. The management company/community must offer 50% referral rate. If The Apartment Firm does not receive compensation for any reason, the renter will not qualify for any rental reward. Only one rental reward will be processed per lease. Only one person can claim the rental reward. To claim the Rental Reward the renter must return to www.TheApartmentFirm.com within 30 days of moving into the selected property and complete the Rental Reward form providing all required information. Once submitted, The Apartment Firm will verify all the leasing information with the rental property. Rental Rewards are subject to the consent of the property The Apartment Firm and its agents represent. If any portion of these terms and qualifications are compromised, all Rental Reward offers will be void.

Rebate Disclaimer

To receive the rebate, renter(s) must meet all qualifications for the Rental Rewards program. Renters who do not follow instructions, disclaimers, and rules will not qualify for a rebate.

To qualify for a $50 rebate, the monthly rent must be a minimum of $800 after all concessions. To qualify for a $100 rebate, the monthly rent must be a minimum of $1,100 after all concessions.

Rebate checks are mailed to the address you provide once The Apartment Firm receives compensation from the selected property. The Apartment Firm will ensure checks are mailed to the address you provide. Replacement rebate checks due to loss or theft are subject to a $25 stop payment fee.

Free Move Disclaimer

To receive the free move, renter(s) must meet all qualifications for the Rental Rewards program. Renters who do not follow instructions, disclaimers, and rules will not qualify for a free move. Renters that owe debt to any apartment community, landlord, management company, or any other rental property will not qualify for the free move. To qualify for the free move, the monthly rent must be a minimum of $1000 per month after all concessions for a 1 bedroom and a minimum of $1,250 per month after all concessions for a 2 bedroom. Our free move service area includes the local Dallas/Fort Worth area only. Renter(s) may be responsible for gas/distance charges and additional pickup and drop-off locations. The Apartment Firm will provide a limited free move and will not be responsible for any amount owed to the independently contracted movers over the agreed upon hourly rate, not to exceed two hours.

Prior to the independently contracted mover’s arrival:

• All boxes must be sealed and taped
• All items must be removed from furniture
• All beds must be disassembled
• Breakable items such as glass and mirrors must be removed from furniture

The Apartment Firm will not be held responsible for any damages that occur before, during, and/or after the move. The customer/renter(s) assumes the entire risk related to using The Apartment Firm to facilitate a free move. The customer/renter acknowledges that no partnership, agency, or employment relationship between The Apartment Firm and the independently contracted moving company is created when The Apartment Firm and its agents contract the moving services for the customer. Customer acknowledges that The Apartment Firm is not a moving company. Customer also acknowledges that The Apartment Firm, its agents, and the independently contracted moving company will not be held responsible for damages caused to boxed items, furniture made of particle board materials, electrical damage or water damage from connecting or disconnecting appliances, or other damages or losses that may occur during the move. The independently contracted moving company reserves the right to refuse to move any item(s). The customer/renter(s) is responsible for obtaining excess property insurance to safeguard property during the move.
